Jackey 是個半工半讀的大學生，白天在學校上課，晚上在便利商店打工，今天傍晚上班的時候，附近學校的外國學生 Dave 來便利商店買晚餐…
Jacky: Good evening, how are you?
Jacky: 晚安，你好嗎？Dave: I’m good.
Dave: 我很好。Jacky: You can get a second one for an extra 10 dollars. Do you want to get two?
Jacky: 加十元多一件，請問你有需要拿兩個嗎？Dave: Okay.
Dave: 好。Jacky: That’ll be 300 NTD.
Jacky: 總共是三百元。Dave: Do you take Apple Pay?
Dave: 請問你們有收 Apple Pay 嗎？Jacky: Sure. Do you want me to print your receipt?
Jacky: 有的，發票需要印出來嗎？Dave: No, that’s okay.
Dave: 沒關係，不需要。Jacky: Okay. Do you want it microwaved?
Jacky: 好的。你的食物需要微波嗎？Dave: That would be great, thank you.

You can get a second one for an extra 10 dollars. 加十元多一件
不管是便利商店或是賣場，總是有許多種促銷方案，其中常見的有「加…元多一件」，而它的英文就是 You can get a second one for an extra … dollars，其中 extra 為形容詞，表示「額外的」。
Because of the promotion, you can get a second bottle of soda for an extra 1 dollar.
因為有促銷活動，因此這件商品加一元多一件。
Do you want me to print your receipt? 發票需要列印嗎？
隨著現在行動支付越來越普及，發票也不一定要列印出來，可以使用電子發票，因此超商店員常問：「發票需要列印」，其中的「發票」英文就是 receipt，注意 p 不發音，另外也要特別注意，「發票」的英文不能用 invoice，因為 invoice 是指客人尚未付款的付款明細。

Do you want it microwaved? 需要微波嗎？
台灣便利商店的店員總是特別貼心，如果你有買微波食品，他們總會問一句：「請問需要微波嗎？」，而「微波」的英文就是 microwave，可以當名詞表示「微波爐」，也可以當動詞表示「微波」這個動作。
The cashiers in convenience stores are so thoughtful that they will help microwave your food for you.
便利商店的店員是非常貼心，他們都會幫你把食物微波好。
另一天，Jacky 晚上上班的時候，又遇到 Dave 來便利商店買東西…
Dave: Hi, can you ring all this up for me? Also, I have a package to pick up.
Dave: 嗨，可以幫我把這些結帳嗎？另外我要順便領包裹。Jacky: Okay. What are the last three digits of your phone number?
Jacky: 好的，請給我手機末三碼。Dave: Four, two, zero.
Dave: 四、二、零。Jacky: Mr. Ho, right?
Jacky: 何先生，對嗎？Dave: Yes, that’s right.
Dave: 對，沒錯。Jacky: That’ll be 500 NTD in total. Do you need a bag? It’s 1 NTD for one.
Jacky: 一共是五百元，你有需要購買袋子嗎？一個一塊錢。Dave: Yep, I’ll take a bag.
Dave: 好，請給我一個。Jacky: Thanks. Here’s your change. Do you collect reward points? If you collect six you can get a Hello Kitty cup.
Jacky: 謝謝，零錢找您，你需要集點嗎？現在集滿六點可以換 Hello Kitty 杯。Dave: Really? Then, I’ll take them then, thanks.
Dave: 真的嗎？那我要集，謝謝。
What are the last three digits of your phone number? 請問您手機末三碼是？
超商除了買東西之外，更可以取貨付款，每到超商取貨付款時，店員一定會問你手機末三碼，英文應該怎麼說呢？首先，「末三碼」的英文為 the last three digits，其中 the last 表「最後的」，而 digit 則為「(0~9 之中的) 數字 。
You have to give the cashier the last three digits of your phone number in order to collect your package.
領貨要給店員你的手機末三碼。
Do you need a bag? 需要袋子嗎？
為了響應環保，政府鼓勵自備購物袋，因此若須塑膠袋則需額外購買，這時超商店員可以問客人 Do you need a bag?。
I think we should buy a bag for these groceries.
我覺得我們應該要額外買一個袋子裝這些東西。
Do you collect reward points? 需要集點嗎？
超商集點活動百百種，而「點數」的英文就是 reward point，reward 動名詞同形，表「回饋」的意思，後面加上 point (點數)，可搭配動詞 collect (收集)，因此 collect reward points 就是「集點」的意思。
My mom loves to collect reward points for the free gifts.
我媽媽很喜歡收集點數，因為可以兌換禮物。
