出國玩，勢必得好好Shopping一番，但英文不夠「硬」
每次只會「This this…that that…how much…discount…」，雖然還是可以溝通，但不覺得有點弱嗎!!!
【Travel English 101】今天來教你怎麼用完整的句子來購買衣服，以及萬一買到不合身或有瑕疵的衣服，如何用英文進行退換貨。希望讓你下次出國時，能用完整的句子表達出自己的意思，並且順利買到自己的喜歡的東西囉!
【Travel English 101】第五課
《挑選合身的衣服篇》
- 需注意的句子
Jim: I’m in trouble making up my mind.
Jim:我無法決定要買哪些衣服。
Agie: Well, let me help.
Agie:讓我來幫你挑吧。

Jim: It’s 100% cotton, and the sign here says if I buy one I can get a second at half price.
Jim:這是100%純棉的，而且標語寫著第二件半價。
Agie: I don’t think cotton will be warm enough.
Agie:但我覺得純棉的不夠暖活。
Agie: Why don’t you go to the fitting room and I will bring you something more appropriate to try on.
Agie:你何不去更衣間試穿看看，我會再挑幾件給你試試看。

Store clerk: I’m sorry. But these items were from our clearance sale. We can’t give you cash refunds.
店員：不好意思。這些衣服是屬於清倉拍賣的商品，因此我不能退現金給您。

客人：可以請你幫我一個忙嗎？我正在找幾件溫暖的毛衣，或者夾克也可以。

Clearance sale 清倉拍賣。
→Clearance item 清倉貨，清倉貨通常也為零碼貨(odd size)
Refund (n.) 退款
Apply (v.) +for 申請 ex: apply for credit card.
Purchase (v.) 購買
