這篇就是要教你如何用英文表達自己的不滿情緒
現在就讓我們跟著 Regina 一起聊聊她生活的不愉快吧！
Regina 決定把握清明連假跟大學好朋友一起出去玩，原本他想這應該會是一趟很好玩的旅行，但在還沒出發前，她就跟同行朋友 Melody 因為行前規劃鬧不愉快…
Regina: Oh my god, I can’t bear it anymore, Vicky.
Regina: 我的天，Vicky，我再也受不了了。Vicky: What’s wrong? I thought everything went well.
Vicky: 怎麼了？我以為一切都進行得很順利。Regina: No, it didn’t. Melody is so bossy. She always tries to make us do what she wants to do, or go where she wants to go. But she never does anything for herself!
Regina: 並沒有，Melody 真的很愛指使別人，她總是說她想要做什麼或是她想要去哪裡，但是她自己完全沒有做事。Vicky: Yeah, she’s like that. Such a bitch.
Vicky: 對，那就是她。很賤。Regina: It just seems like we have to listen to her opinion all the time. I’m really pissed off by it.
Regina: 好像我們總是要聽她的，我對此真的很氣。Vicky: Calm down, Regina. How about telling her how you feel?
Vicky: 冷靜，Regina，要不要試試看告訴她你的感覺？Regina: Waste of time. It won’t help anything.
Regina: 省省吧，那不會有用的。Vicky: How do you know? Maybe you should give it a try.
Vicky: 你怎麼知道？或許你可以試試。

I can’t bear it anymore. 我忍無可忍
你是否有一種時刻就是你對某個人的行為感到非常不耐煩，無法繼續忍受下去？這時候你就可以用這句：I can’t bear it anymore. 來表示，bear 在這裡可不是當名詞「熊」的意思，在這邊它是動詞，表示「忍受」，也可以說：I can’t stand/take it anymore。注意在這邊 anymore 是副詞，是一個字，不要寫成 any more。
I can’t bear his arrogance anymore.
我再也無法忍受他的傲慢。
bossy (adj.) 愛使喚人的
相信大家對 boss 這個字並不陌生，就是名詞「老闆」的意思啦！後面加上 y 則變成形容詞。通常老闆都非常喜歡使喚別人做東做西，所以 bossy 就是「很愛使喚別人的」意思。如果你想要叫別人不要那麼頤指氣使，也可以回應對方：Don’t push me around.。
Stop being so bossy!
不要再使喚別人了！
be pissed off (phr.) 爆氣
be pissed off 是形容「非常生氣」，也就是「爆氣」的意思，為口語用法，piss 動名詞同形，是「(上) 小號」的意思。主動用法的 piss sb. off 表示「令某人很生氣」。
That clerk was so rude! I’m really pissed off.
那個店員怎麼可以這麼沒禮貌！我真的氣炸了！
雖然 Regina 不太相信 Melody 會改變，但她仍然決定跟 Melody 直接講她心裡的憤怒…
Regina: Hey Melody, there’s something that I wanted to tell you.
Regina: 欸 Melody，有件事情我想告訴你。Melody: Yeah, what?
Melody: 幹嘛？Regina: Can you stop pushing me around? You’re always so bossy when we are discussing what to do, but you never offer to help arrange things.
Regina: 你可以不要再對我頤指氣使了嗎？每次我們在討論事情你都很愛使喚別人但你卻都不會幫忙安排。Melody: How dare you! I’m just trying to offer some suggestions. Does that make me bossy?
Melody: 你竟然這樣！我只是試著提供一些意見，這樣是愛使喚別人？Regina: I’m just telling the truth. You should put up or shut up.
Regina: 我只是說實話，你要嘛付諸行動要嘛閉嘴。Melody: That really hurts. I’m just trying to get involved, but you call it bossy.
Melody: 聽到你對我說這些我真的很受傷，我試著參與討論而你卻說我專橫。Regina: If my words hurt you, I’m sorry. But I just wanted to tell you how I feel because your actions are really getting on my nerves.
Regina: 對不起如果我說的讓你難過，但我想告訴你我的感受因為你的行為真的惹毛我了。Melody: Okay, I’ll take it. But for now, just leave me alone.
Melody: 好，我接受，但現在，不要煩我。
How dare you! 你竟然！
dare 在這邊是動詞，「竟敢」的意思。補充：Don’t you dare! 是「你試試看啊」的意思，用來勸阻對方做某件事。
How dare you do such thing to me!
你竟敢對我做這樣的事情？
Put up or shut up. 要嘛付諸行動，要嘛閉嘴。
你身邊有很喜歡出意見，但卻都不做事的人嗎？如果有，你就可以送給他這句：Put up or shut up.。put up 在這邊是「付諸行動」的意思，而 shut up 大家都知道，就是叫人閉嘴。
Put up or shut up. If you think you could do better, then go ahead, be my guest. But at least we’re trying.
要嘛就行動要嘛就閉嘴。如果你覺得你可以做得比較好，那就做吧。但至少我們有試過。
get on one’s nerves (phr.) 惹毛某人
get on one’s nerves 為口語用法，nerves 是名詞，「神經」的意思，觸碰到某人的神經就代表惹毛某人的意思。
Stop humming that song all the time. It’s getting on my nerve.
你惹毛我了！
leave me alone 不要煩我
若你和別人吵架，負面情緒到一定程度時，你想要一個人靜一靜，這時候你就可以說：Leave me alone.，leave 是動詞，這句話是用到 leave + O + O.C. 的句型，「讓某人…」的意思。
Leave me alone. Don’t talk to me.
不要跟我說話，讓我一個人靜一靜。
