here、there、介係詞、形容詞的倒裝用法

1.地方副詞或地方副詞片語放句首時，動詞必須放在主詞前面，形成倒裝句。

Behind the door stood a little girl.
= A little girl stood behind the door.
一位小女孩站在門後。

Here comes the teacher with a book in his hand.
= The teacher comes with a book in his hand.
老師手裡拿著一本書走來。

2.主詞為代名詞時則不倒裝。

Here we are! Let’s get off the bus.
我們到了，下車吧！

Here you are/go.
你要的東西在這裡。

Here she comes.
她來了。

3.形容詞/ V-ing + be 動詞 +主詞

當句子的主詞有修飾語，與主要動詞距離較遠時，常會使用倒裝句。

Gone are the days when I lived happily with my grandparents.
= The days when I lived happily with my grandparents are gone.
我與祖父母快樂生活的日子已遠去。

Sitting next to the window is the boy you have a crush on.
= The boy you have a crush on is sitting next to the window.
你迷戀的男孩正坐在窗戶旁。

否定副詞的倒裝用法

如果句子本身有 be 動詞或助動詞，就直接把他們移到主詞前面。如果原先是一般動詞，則在主詞前加入 do/does/did ，動詞用原形。

否定副詞的單字片語可為 never/seldom/rarely/little/hardly/scarcely/by no means/on no account 。

Never have I heard such a strange story.
= I have never heard such a strange story.
我從來沒聽過如此奇怪的故事。

Under no circumstances are you to say anything about it.
= You are not to say anything about it under any circumstances.
你絕不要說有關他的任何事情。

Not until Mom came home did Jenny start doing her homework.
= Jenny didn’t start doing her homework until Mom came home.
直到媽媽回家，Jenny 才開始寫作業。

Only 的倒裝句型

Only 放句首時，需要用倒裝句。但是 only 之後加副詞子句時，只有主要子句需倒裝。

Only by practicing daily will you master English.
只有藉由每日練習，你才會精通英文。

Only after I consider all points of view carefully will I take steps to solve this problem.
我要仔細考慮所有觀點後，才會開始解決這個問題。

Not only…, but (also) 的倒裝用法

當此句子連接兩個句子時，由否定副詞 “Not only” 銜接的子句要倒裝，逗點後面的主要子句則不需倒裝。

我不僅參加比賽，還得了第一名。

Not only is she beautiful, but she is also awesome.
她不僅漂亮，人也很好。
