狀況一：想發表意見的時候
以下四個句子都是「我認為」的意思，可以根據不同情況與溝通對象，選擇不同的說法。
In my opinion
這個用法很多人使用，也是較普遍的說法，如果還沒有把其他說法背起來，這個一定要記起來喔！
In my opinion, the advertisement didn’t enhance our reputation.
我認為這廣告並沒有幫助我們提高知名度。
It seems to me that
seem 是似乎的意思，為比較委婉的用法。
It seems to me that your proposal worths a try.
我認為你的提議值得一試。
I think/believe/feel/suppose/guess
這是最直白簡單的用法，意思依序為認為、相信、覺得、提議、猜測，但用在對話裡，都可視為「我認為」的意思。
From my viewpoint/point of view/perspective
這用法比較正式，不只口語上可這樣講，寫作時也可以用喔！
From my perspective, learning English on the internet is more convenient than actual classes.
我認為透過網路學習英文比實體上課還方便。
狀況二：想反駁對方的時候
想要表達與他人不同意見的時候，disagree 這個字很好用，為「不同意」的意思，可以套用在以下句子當中。
I don’t agree with you.
比較直接的用法，就是「我不同意」的意思。
I’m afraid I have to disagree.
可以當作一個完整的句子使用，如果要加後續闡述，要加介係詞 with。
I’m afraid I have to disagree with you about the idea that company needs a new CEO.
我可能不太能同意你認為公司需要新執行長的想法。
I must take issue with you on that.
take issue with 是一個滿常見的片語，為提出異議的意思。
I must take issue with you on the controversy over same-sex marriage.
我必須向你對同性婚姻議題的看法提出異議。
I’m sorry to disagree with you, but…
同樣是反對對方的說法，但這句的意思比較委婉。
I’m sorry to disagree with you, but your decision may worsen the situation.
我很抱歉我無法同意你，但是你的決定也許會讓情況更糟。
＊補充＊
I can’t agree with you more.
相信大家常常看到這個用法，小編在這裡擺出來是避免大家會混淆意思，這句子是指非常同意、我不能同意你更多了的意思，口語上也可以直接說 I can’t agree more。
A: Michael Jackson was the greatest artists ever.
B: I can’t agree more.A: 麥可傑克森是史上最偉大的藝人。
B: 我非常同意
狀況三：不想溝通的時候
當雙方意見不合時，總有溝通不良的時候，這時候會需要自我冷靜，避免和對方起正面衝突。當你碰到這種情況，以下句子就非常好用喔！
Leave me alone.
這句話用法比較直接，通常跟自己比較熟識的人才這樣說，是「別煩我」的意思。
Why can’t you just leave me alone?
你為什麼就是不能讓我獨處一下呢？
I need my own space.
「我需要自己的空間」的意思。
I’m married but I still need my own space.
雖然我已婚，但我還是需要自己的空間。
I need some time for myself.
這跟上一個舉例用法相同，表示「自己需要一些時間」去思考及冷靜。
I need to be alone for a while.
「我需要獨處一下」的意思。
I can’t deal with people all the time. I need to be alone for a while.
我無法每分每秒都在處理人際問題，我需要獨處一下。
