Okay / Ok / k / Alright
這些相信大家都很常用，也是比較平淡且不帶情緒的用法。Ok 有時在口語上會直接簡化 “k.”。
A: Hey, wanna go get some food?
B: (Watching TV)… k.
A: 嘿，想買點東西來吃嗎？
B: （看電視中）…好。

在國外也常常會聽到別人講 okey-dokey ，跟 ok 是一樣的意思，但講起來比 ok 還要來得輕鬆且俏皮。▶點這邊聽發音◀
Yeah / Yep / Yup
這些都是從 yes 演變而來的，都是口語上的用法，會給人一種比較輕鬆的感覺。 Yep 跟 yup 是一樣的，只是 yup 出現的時間比較早 。
A: Do you ride a bike to school?
B: Yep.
A: 你騎腳踏車上學嗎？
B: 是的。
反義詞：Nope
Sure / Sure thing / Of course
表示「當然」，給人的感覺更為肯定。
A: Could you do me a favor?
B: Sure thing.
A: 可以幫我一個忙嗎？
B: 當然可以。A: Do you know the answer to the question?
B: Of course I do.
A: 你知道這題的答案嗎？
B: 當然啊~
反義詞：No way、of course not
Absolutely / Certainly / Definitely / Totally / Undoubtedly
同樣是當然，但語氣上更為強烈，有一種「完全、絕對沒問題」的感覺。
A: Is bubble tea good to drink?
B: Yes, undoubtedly. ▶點這邊聽發音◀
A: 珍珠奶茶好喝嗎？
B: 好喝，無庸置疑。A: Could you finish the analysis report by Friday? I need it for the conference next week.
B: Absolutely.
A: 你可以在星期五前完成這份分析報告嗎？我下星期開會要用到。
B: 沒問題。
反義詞：只要加上 not 就可以囉
By all means
Means 有方法的意思， by all means 就是用盡一切方法去完成事情，有當然、必然、無論如何的意思。
Son: If I got into Harvard, would you pay the tuition?
Dad: By all means.
兒子：如果我考上哈佛，你願意付學費嗎？
爸爸：那是當然的。
反義詞：By no means
You bet
完整的句子是 You can bet money on that. （你可以拿錢來賭） 也就是很肯定的意思。也可以當做 You’re welcome 使用。
A: Are you coming to Jack’s birthday party tonight?
B: You bet!
A: 你今晚會來 Jack 的生日派對嗎？
B: 會！A: Thanks for helping me with the homework.
B: You bet.
A: 謝謝你幫助我完成作業。
B: 別客氣。
Exactly / That’s right / True dat
表示同意、對、沒錯。 True dat 是口語的用法。
A: Today’s weather is just amazing. We should skip school and go somewhere else.
B: True dat.
A: 今天天氣也太好了。我們應該蹺課去別的地方玩。
B: 真的。
反義詞：Not likely, not really
Can’t agree with you more
不能再同意你更多了，也就是非常同意的意思。
A: Independent thinking is one of the most important things for students.
B: I can’t agree with you more.
A: 獨立思考對於學生是最重要的東西之一了。
B: 我完全認同。
What are we waiting for
直接翻譯就是還在等什麼呢，表示同意。
A: Do you want to go watch The Revenant?
B: Well, what are we waiting for?
A: 想去看神鬼獵人嗎？
B: 好啊，還在等什麼呢。
Hell, yes / Hell, yeah
前面的 hell 是加強語氣的意思，屬於口語的用法，給人很興奮、激動的感覺。下面這部影片除了教到 hell, yes 以外，還有很多 hell 口語上的使用方法，非常實用！

Yeah right
這個的意思就跟 yes 不太一樣了，有一種諷刺的意味，就像我們常講的「最好是」。
A: Do you know that pigs can fly?
B: Yeah right.
A: 你知道豬會飛嗎？
B: 最好是。
