「形容詞」是什麼？
顧名思義，它是有「形容」作用的詞彙，用來形容、修飾人、事、物。常見用法如下：
1. 名詞之前，用來修飾名詞
A cute puppy.
一隻可愛的小狗。A delicious meal.
一頓美味的餐點。
2. Be 動詞之後，用來修飾主詞
Anne is shy.
Anne 很害羞。The sky is blue.
天空是藍的。
補充說明：通常一個字的形容詞不會超過 3 個
A nice young lady.
一位友善又年輕的小姐。An expensive white foreign car.
一輛昂貴白色的昂貴進口車。
形容詞使用上有一定的語法順序
依序如下：

基本邏輯是：最可能會改變的形容詞放最前面，接著具體形容，最後才是不能改變的事實。
(O) The owner of the land is a generous, old, Japanese man.
這個地主是慷慨又明智的老人。(X) The owner of the land is a Japanese, old, generous man.
這個地主是日本的、老的且慷慨的人。
